Manchester United to make €60m bid for Ederson

Manchester United are interested in signing Ederson from Atalanta in the summer transfer window, according to CalcioMercato. The report in the Italian news outlet has revealed that Juventus are “crazy” about the Brazil international midfielder, but it is Man United who have the best chances of securing his services.

The Red Devils are ready to make an offer of €60 million to Atalanta for Ederson, who has been on the books of the Italian club since 2022 and has established himself as one of the best defensive midfielders in Serie A. The 25-year-old has scored four goals and made two assists in 40 matches in all competitions for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side this campaign.

Man United are 14th in the Premier League table at the moment with 34 points from 28 matches, while Atalanta currently find themselves third in the Serie A standings with 58 points from 28 games, three points behind leaders Inter Milan.
