Honduras beat Mexico 2-0 in the first leg of their clash in the quarterfinals of the CONCACAF Nations League, thanks to a pair of second-half goals from Luis Palma.
After the game, objects were thrown from the stands towards Mexico boss Javi Aguirre, and one of the missiles hit the 65-year-old in the head.
